Fear of the Unknown

I've said it many times before, FEAR is the one emotion that rears it's ugly head multiple times a

day. We sometimes live our lives in fear, waiting for the next shoe to drop.

We wake up thinking ,"I'm going to lose my job, or something's going to happen to our kids."

I'm not talking about intuition or empathic gifts or picking up negative vibrations and energy.

It's the fear of the UNKNOWN. We don't know what is going to happen nor do we know

how to 'fix'it when it does. We feel helplessly suffocated by our fear of the unknown

Yet, millions of people flock to the movies each week to see the latest horror movie.

That's fear we don't mind, because we can conrrol it by walking away from the theatre when the

movie is over or if we walk out because it was too scary. We go, knowing we're going to

be scared, so this is known to us when we decide to go to the movies.

However, it's hard to find a solution to the unknown, unless we turn the unknown on it's head.

Substitute the word UNKNOWN for MYSTERY. Mysteries can be solved.

If we begin to think of the day as a puzzle with pieces to fill in, then we're using

different parts of our brain that we will need to offer some solutions..

When fear enters unto our mindset, it sets up residence.

What we need to do is show fear the door and let the mystery in.

So, what we can do at any point in the day is start asking questions such as...

"What can I learn from it and what will it take to solve it?"

Now, you're on the right path.

Try it, what have you got to lose , except your fear?
